Seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee projects across the retail, hospitality, and multifamily sectors. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role for a Superintendent who can drive fast-paced schedules and maintain quality and safety standards on active job sites.

This position offers exposure to a diverse range of project types—including open-store renovations, ground-up hotels, and mid-rise multifamily developments—making it a great fit for professionals who enjoy variety, travel, and working with experienced field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations for assigned projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, daily scheduling, safety enforcement, and quality control
• Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and vendors
• Maintain lookahead schedules and daily reporting
• Ensure job site organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Travel to project locations across multiple states as required

Preferred Project Types:

• Big-box retail and national brand rollouts (both ground-up and renovations)
• Open-store remodels with live operations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a GC or construction management firm
• Background in retail, hospitality, or multifamily construction
• Experience with both open-store renovations and new builds preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Capable of managing multiple trades, phases, and high-tempo projects
• Willing to travel full-time to regional and national job sites
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)
• Monthly car allowance
