Superintendent - Healthcare

Clark's Alpena office is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution on healthcare projects across Northern Michigan - from surgical suites to phased hospital renovations.

This role exists because infection control, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity cannot fail. You'll coordinate work inside occupied facilities where safety and discipline are non-negotiable.

Based in Alpena, serving healthcare clients across Northern Michigan - ideal candidates may live near Alpena, Traverse City, Petoskey, Gaylord, Cadillac, Cheboygan, or other surrounding areas.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily execution in occupied healthcare facilities
