The role involves planning manpower, sourcing and dispatching staff, onboarding, maintaining staffing schedules across multiple US locations, and ensuring safety orientations and site access. Travel to job sites and after-hours coordination may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of labor resource planning in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience scheduling labor across multiple U.S. locations.
• Timecard record keeping for temporary workers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willingness to be available after business hours for issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist manpower needs from planning for upcoming projects to sourcing and placement.
• Coordinate onboarding and start dates for temporary personnel.
• Communicate daily with staffing agencies regarding labor needs and timekeeping.
• Maintain staffing schedules and update Project Managers and field leadership.
• Track personnel availability, assignments, and project completion dates.
• Ensure compliance with safety orientations and site access requirements.
• Travel to job sites as needed and support after-hours staffing emergencies.
