Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Staff Engineer III to join our team in the Business Services industry. You will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to execute projects efficiently. Your expertise in construction engineering will be vital to project success. This position is temporary, with employment expected to conclude at each assignment's end.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors for effective project execution.
• Provide technical construction engineering expertise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with AutoCAD and other design software.
• Experience with LEED certification and sustainable building practices.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

Employees must work in extreme weather conditions and stand for 8-12 hours daily. The role involves walking, standing on uneven terrain, lifting at least 30 lbs., and climbing ladders up to 20 feet. Compensation Range

$40.25 - $62.50 per hour. Final compensation depends on education, experience, skills, and location. Benefits may include base salary and performance bonuses.
