Construction Specialist – BIM/CAD Expert

We’re seeking a Construction Specialist with expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing project planning, coordination, and execution through advanced modeling and design tools. Candidates should have a strong background in construction technology, concrete structures, and digital design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage BIM models for concrete construction projects.
2. Configure CAD field instruments with project layouts, formwork, and reinforcement plans.
3. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to optimize designs.
4. Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools for visualization and clash detection.
5. Conduct model-based coordination meetings with field and office teams.
6. Assist in value engineering and constructability analysis to improve efficiency.
7. Maintain and update BIM standards and templates for company-wide use.
8. Support pre-construction planning by integrating BIM into scheduling and cost estimation.
