Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Construction Specialist to support MEP project teams on site, assisting with material handling, site prep, and general labor tasks. This role offers hands-on learning across trades and a path toward career growth within our Apprenticeship Program.

Responsibilities include unloading and staging materials, assisting with trenching and wiring tasks under supervision, ensuring a safe, organized jobsite, and helping with documentation and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior construction or labor experience preferred, but not required (training will be provided)
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Willingness to learn and support multiple trades (MEP)

• Learn and apply basic construction techniques to prepare for growth opportunities within the trades
• Support project documentation needs such as labeling, inventory tracking, and jobsite reporting
