Job summary

Cinterra is seeking Construction Laborers for the NE-175 Solar Project in Butler, Nebraska. These individuals will support solar construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks, operating tools, and assisting with equipment.

The ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and able to work in demanding outdoor environments as part of a team. Travel may be required and long hours, including weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• At least two years of construction experience (required).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations (required).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel frequently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more.
• Physical endurance for bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to traverse irregular and steep terrain.
• Agility to climb ladders and scaffolding, and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity, good balance, and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities
