Job summary

Presidential Staffing Solutions, LLC seeks a General Laborer to support worksite operations through hands-on tasks, including cleaning, material handling, and assisting skilled trades.

The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a team, with experience handling power tools and industrial equipment preferred but not required. This on-site role offers steady work and daily responsibilities on construction sites.

Qualifications

• Able to meet the physical demands of the job (lifting, standing, digging)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow safety rules and regulations
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery preferred
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Certifications or apprenticeship experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess materials, or other hazards
• Assist onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters
• Transport materials and equipment between locations
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
• Perform other manual labor tasks as required by foreman or supervisor
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
