Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each home daily for quality of workmanship.
• Schedule and walk all inspections with inspectors.
• Conduct homeowner orientation and additional walks.
• Aid Superintendent in managing subcontractors.
• Enforce site safety program compliance.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Commitment to customer satisfaction

Ability to read plans and construction documents

Ability to utilize DRH Construction applications

Proficiency with MS Office and email

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college (preferred)
