Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field coordination for commercial and industrial construction projects. The role requires oversight of scheduling, safety enforcement, site visits, and daily reporting.

Experience with federal or public works is preferred and familiarity with RFI handling and change orders is expected. Applicants should demonstrate strong reading of blueprints and specifications, plus OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project supervision on federal or public works.
• OSHA 30 Hr Training is required.
• Must be able to read blue prints and specifications.

Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for a Project Superintendent in commercial and industrial building.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Field Activities
• Schedule tasks, project resources & field coordination including but not limited to Subcontractors
• Enforce safety

• Prepare daily reports
• Cost control
• RFI’s
• Change orders
• Value Engineering

Qualifications:

• Qualified individual will have successfully executed minimum 5 projects in the range of $5 million to $20 million
• Must have 5+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training
• Must be able to read Blue Print & Specifications
• Must have federal or public work experience
• School construction experience an advange
• Computer Skills: email, Microsoft word, excel, RFI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
