Qualifications

• Experience spotting on construction sites, guiding lifts and machinery.
• Ability to perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized area.
• Experience supporting site logistics, including material movement and coordination.
• Familiarity with driver management on construction sites, directing trucks and deliveries.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort around construction machinery.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to safety standards.
• Clear communication to guide equipment operators and crew.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and spot for workers operating lifts and machinery to ensure safe operation.
• Guide equipment operators when loading, moving, and placing materials.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety standards and site rules are followed.
• Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, and vehicles around the site.
• Direct trucks and deliveries to appropriate locations and manage site access.
• Perform site cleanup and keep walkways and work zones clear.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues promptly.
