Securitas USA is seeking a part-time weekend Security Officer for a construction site in Pleasantville, NJ. Shifts include Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and 11:00pm to 7:00am. Hourly pay is $18.00.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual and upholds our core values: Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Responsibilities include patrolling, securing entrances, de-escalating conflicts, documenting incidents, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• NJ SORA license or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Previous security experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Report suspicious activity clearly and promptly.

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
• Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written witness reports.
• Mobile patrol/Foot Patrol

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Previous security experience highly preferred.
• Active NJ SORA license or the ability to obtain one
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
