Securitas, Inc. is hiring a Part-time Weekend Security Officer for Pleasantville, NJ. The role involves patrolling the client site, securing entrances, and interacting with employees and guests to maintain a safe environment.

Shifts include Saturday and Sunday with 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, or 11:00pm–7:00am. Requires 18+ and a high school diploma or GED. NJ SORA license preferred; training provided. Benefits include PTO, training, and uniforms.

Saturday and Sunday

7:00am to 3:00pm

3:00pm to 11:00pm

11:00pm to 7:00am

$18.00 an hour.

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
• Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written witness reports.
• Mobile patrol/Foot Patrol

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Previous security experience highly preferred.
• Active NJ SORA license or the ability to obtain one
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
