Job summary

ANDRES Construction seeks a Safety Specialist to help develop and oversee project-specific safety programs in Dallas, TX. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and safety leadership to ensure compliance and safety training across sites.

You will conduct inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments, guiding teams on corrective actions and loss prevention. OSHA 30-Hour certification is required; experience in construction safety is preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour certification is required.
• Construction safety experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety policies, procedures, and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project teams in developing site-specific safety plans addressing known hazards.
• Lead the supervision and implementation of project safety programs and risk assessments.
• Prepare and update site safety policies, emergency procedures, and training plans.
