Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement, promote, and enforce safety policies and programs.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and near misses with the safety team.
• Monitor PPE usage and ensure compliance by workers and subs.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety training for all crews.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors on safety.
• Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and logs.
• Stay current on safety legislation and best practices.
• Provide recommendations to improve site conditions and reduce hazards.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
