Job summary

CloudFactory in the United States is seeking a Construction Site Data Capture Technician for a part-time role to operate reality capture equipment at active construction sites. This role requires at least two full days per week during daytime hours, typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM on-site.

You will work closely with the Project Team to meet site requirements and adapt to changing conditions. Safety is essential: you will wear PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hat, high-vis) and must hold a CSCS card.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required before first day on-site.
• Experience working on active construction sites is preferred.
• Comfortable walking 20,000+ steps per day and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality site data using 360° cameras and other data capture equipment on active construction sites.
• Document site progress to support project tracking and AI-powered solutions.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Coordinate with project team to meet site requirements and adapt to conditions.
• Maintain equipment and ensure captured data meets quality standards.
• Complete data capture tasks accurately and consistently per instructions.
