Job summary

Baker Gulf Coast Industrial, LLC in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Site Quality Control Manager to direct all site quality control activities and manage the inspection staff. Typically certified as Inspector Level II or III in various disciplines.

You will supervise, train, and develop personnel, ensure compliance with procedures, review test results, and maintain records. Travel up to 75% and engagement on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and inspection activities on heavy industrial/construction projects.
• Familiarity with quality codes and standards; NRC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Ability to implement training, certification, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Directs all site quality control activities and manages inspection staff.
• Ensures conformance to contract requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Reviews and approves test controls and results; maintains procedures and records.
• Oversees training, evaluation, and development of QA staff; conducts performance reviews.
• Maintains compliance with safety programs and IIF goals.
• Collaborates with HR and project teams on policy and procedures.
