Job summary

Orion is seeking a Construction Laborer to help clean and prepare job sites for building projects in Houston. The role involves long shifts, weekends, and handling a variety of materials and tools. The incumbent will support safety policies and work under the Crew Supervisor's guidance.

Candidates should have at least a year in construction and be able to work in varying weather, lift heavy items, and perform tasks like form setting and material measurement as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a year or more of experience in the construction industry or similar field.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Comfort with long shifts, weekends, and lifting heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Stack lumber, steel, tools, and materials to support the job site.
• Dismantle forms, remove rubble, spread dirt and sand, salvage material.
• Prepare surfaces by removing finishes and sanding; inspect and organize tools.
