Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in chosen construction specialty.
• Prior crew and subcontractor management experience.
• Vocational or construction management training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce company safety policies.
• Conduct daily JSA to identify and educate crews on safety hazards.
• Provide oversight direction to crews and/or subcontractors.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

30 Hour OSHA certification
