Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Labor Foreman to perform basic installation of materials on a construction site and to lead a crew.

You will coordinate tasks according to priorities, produce schedules, allocate responsibilities, supervise and train workers, ensure adequate manpower and resources, and uphold safety and quality standards while reporting progress to the Superintendent. OSHA 10 certification will be supported if needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth understanding of construction principles and procedures.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• OSHA 10 hour certified (will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary)
