Job summary

Worley is hiring for an entry level site-prep role focused on housekeeping and daily duties on our industrial construction projects. You will support the execution team by maintaining order, safety, and readiness of work areas.

Responsibilities include signaling operators, material handling, and basic equipment care, with emphasis on safe practices and efficient work sequencing to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Entry level position in industrial construction/maintenance.
• Industrial construction/maintenance experience preferred.
• Be generally familiar with tools and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Signal equipment operators to align, move, and adjust machinery and materials.
• Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Control traffic near work zones.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, barricades, ramps and other temporary structures.
• Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools.
• Distribute building materials, machinery, and tools to locations per project plans.
