Job summary

Worley is hiring for an entry level site-prep role focused on housekeeping and daily duties on our industrial construction projects. You will support the execution team by maintaining order, safety, and readiness of work areas.

Responsibilities include signaling operators, material handling, and basic equipment care, with emphasis on safe practices and efficient work sequencing to keep projects on track.

• Be generally familiar with tools and safe work practices.

Position Summary

Prepares site for daily work, performs all housekeeping and duties necessary for daily activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials
• Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools
• Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps and other temporary structures.
• Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools
• Distribute building materials, machinery, and tools to the appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications

Qualifications

• Entry Level
• Industrial construction/maintenance industry experience preferred
• Be generally familiar with tools and safe work practices
