Responsibilities

• Assist in executing earthwork scope, including site grading, road construction and improvements, drainage systems, road maintenance, dewatering, soil stabilization, foundation excavation and backfill, utility installation, and other required civil infrastructure work.
• Support general construction activities for earthwork, demolition, and civil projects, including staking, reading and interpreting plans, and preparing and maintaining a clean, safe job site.
• Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools in accordance with company policies and project safety standards.
