Job summary

Ramp Health is seeking two Full-Time EMTs to join our Medical Response Team on a large construction project in Culpeper, VA. You will provide rapid on-site medical care, triage injuries, and document incidents while promoting a safe work environment.

Ideal candidates hold EMT or EMT-B certification, perform calmly under pressure, and communicate clearly with workers and site leadership. This is an active, hands-on role within a dynamic occupational health setting.

Qualifications

• EMT certification and relevant emergency care experience are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with workers, foremen, and safety leadership.
• Experience in occupational or construction-site medical response is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first responder to injuries and medical incidents onsite.
• Provide rapid assessment and first aid, triage and referrals when needed.
• Maintain a ready-to-use quick response bag at all times.
• Escort employees to external medical providers when necessary.
• Document all injuries/incidents for reporting and compliance.
• Promote safe work practices and participate in site safety activities.
