Job summary

Rotolo Consultants, Inc. is seeking dependable Construction Clean-Up Crew Members to restore construction sites to a clean, safe, and presentable condition. You will remove debris, sweep and clean interiors and exteriors, and assist with final site prep while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors on active job sites. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement

Qualifications

• Previous construction, demolition, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Remove construction debris, trash, and discarded materials from job sites.
• Sweep, shovel, rake, vacuum, and clean interior and exterior work areas.
• Assist with final construction cleaning, including floors, windows, fixtures, walls, and other finished surfaces.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials as directed.
• Operate basic hand tools and cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with demolition clean-up and disposal of non-hazardous materials.
• Organize and maintain clean work areas throughout the duration of projects.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or incidents to supervision immediately.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers, subcontractors, and customers.
• Perform other labor and site support duties as assigned.
