Job summary

Innovative Cleaning Services, LLC. is seeking a Grounds maintenance worker to manage outdoor cleanup during active construction projects. You will collect garbage and debris from all areas, sort recyclables, and ensure disposal follows approved procedures.

Responsibilities include inspecting active work areas for spills, removing waste bags, and replacing bags daily. This role requires attention to safety rules and a willingness to work in varying weather conditions at construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Collect garbage and debris from all areas of the property and dispose of it in approved receptacles.
• Collect cardboard, glass, pallets, aluminum cans and plastic containers and sort them into recycling containers.
• Perform this cleanup three times daily during construction activity.
• Walk through each building twice daily, disposing of garbage into approved waste canisters.
• Remove full bags from canisters and place them in approved receptacles outside the building.
• Install new bags in waste receptacles at least daily, and more when full.
• Check work areas for chemical, oil and fuel spills and follow safety procedures to contain and clean spills.
