Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for on-site support at our Fredericksburg, VA locations. This full-time, shift-based role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management to ensure site security and a positive customer experience.

The position requires a valid Virginia guard card, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel. DSP responsibilities and SOP adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience with maintained professionalism under pressure.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identities at the site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure all personnel are scanned and accounted for.
• Parking Management: issue parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers.
