Job summary

Wendling Quarries, Inc. is seeking a Construction Services Technician to perform field maintenance across our sites, including seeding, mowing, spraying, fencing, and signage. The role includes cross-training with the Construction Services team and assisting the Director of Property Management.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in trade work or related education. Field duties involve equipment operation and site upkeep at our Iowa/Illinois locations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in trade work or equivalent education preferred.
Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

Perform site and building maintenance using tractors, UTVs, hand tools, chainsaws and other equipment (approx. 70% of time).
Support Construction Services team with projects and repairs, including lighting, plumbing fixtures, doors, and security devices (approx. 30% of time).
