Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience (if holding Bachelor's degree).
• At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience (if holding Associate degree).
• At least 7 years of relevant engineering experience (if no degree).

Responsibilities

• Managing and mentoring staff, assigning work and monitoring work quality.
• Leading construction inspectors on materials testing and inspection procedures.
• Conducting and coordinating training to develop staff skills.
