PBK is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of architectural projects, supervising the Project Architect and project team to ensure top-quality construction documents and adherence to schedule and budget. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural projects. The Project Manager oversees the Project Architect to ultimately ensure the highest quality construction documents. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project schedule, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration. This position reports to the Client Executive/Principal Architect and is charged with ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget constraints in accordance with PBK’s quality and client service standards.
Compensation for California locations ranges from $89,888.00 to $134,832.00 per year. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses, a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. Additional benefits include:
