• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of construction administration, construction management, or related field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and project schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license; regular travel between jobsites.

This individual acts as an on-site representative of the firm, protecting the owner’s interests by monitoring project progress, quality standards, and schedule adherence. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal project teams.
