What You’ll Do
  • Operate Infravision’s smart tension puller and related transmission stringing systems in support of pre‑stringing operations, customer projects, demonstrations, and deployments.
  • Transport, load, unload, set up, operate, and break down equipment safely and efficiently at project sites.
  • Perform pre‑trip, post‑trip, pre‑operation, and post‑operation inspections of equipment, vehicles, systems, and associated components.
  • Monitor system functionality before and during deployment, including power, cooling, communication, mechanical, and operational systems.
  • Coordinate equipment transport, setup, deployment, and scheduling with internal teams, contractors, project managers, field crews, and external stakeholders.
  • Support onsite configuration, inventory checks, equipment readiness, and project‑specific setup needs.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues related to generators, batteries, communication equipment, mechanical components, and power distribution systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs to help prevent equipment downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of transport logs, setup details, equipment inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, incidents, and project updates.
  • Support safety and compliance requirements by conducting equipment checks, following company procedures, using appropriate PPE, and supporting safe work execution.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with field teams, technical support, contractors, project managers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work outdoors in field‑based environments, including construction sites, remote locations, urban project sites, rugged terrain, and challenging weather conditions.
  • Travel as required and support flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, extended hours, or on‑call needs when required.
  • Support other field, operational, safety, documentation, logistics, equipment, and startup needs as assigned.
What We’re Looking For

  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, power, communication, and equipment systems used in field operations.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, system failures, and operational challenges in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to operate large vehicles, equipment, systems, or heavy field assets safely.
  • Commercial driver’s license, heavy equipment certification, or ability to obtain required certifications preferred.
  • Strong safety mindset and ability to follow safety protocols, equipment procedures, emergency procedures, and site requirements.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure in remote, active, or challenging field environments.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and potentially hazardous environments while following strict safety guidelines.
