Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related construction field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise-wide construction activities and maintain brand standards.
• Develop annual plans and budgets with executive leadership.
• Monitor compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee procurement and resource allocation across MUOs.
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and drive improvements.
• Support recruiting, training, and leadership development.
