SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a hands-on Construction Services Lead in Annapolis, MD to perform rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, and flooring on small projects. You’ll coordinate with clients and ensure high-quality results.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years carpentry experience, strong construction skills, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Valid license and bilingual skills are a plus; we offer benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Drywall hanging, patching/finishing, and plaster repair.
• Interior and exterior painting; finish carpentry.
• Flooring installation: tile, carpet, laminate, LVP/LVT, vinyl.
• Site coordination, ordering/material logistics, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with subcontractors; ensure codes and standards.

Construction Services Lead

to join our growing team! In this role, you'll perform a variety of construction tasks on small projects—rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, prefinished hardwood, and laminate flooring. Additional valuable skillsets would include tile, carpet, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality results and excellent service to our clients.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

Drywall hanging & patching/finishing and plaster repairInterior and exterior paintingFinish carpentry (Doors, baseboard/crown molding, casing etc)Installation of flooring: tile, carpet, laminate, LVP/LVT, vinylWindow removal and installationBasic service-level MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)Selective demolition required to complete reconstructionMaintain clean, professional jobsites in occupied homes and businessesSupport project coordination, quality control, and subcontractor managementConduct site inspections and ensure work meets all codes and standardsAssist with project scheduling, punch lists, and material logisticsOccasionally support larger projects with oversight and coordination

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years carpentry experience (restoration/reconstruction preferred)Strong construction skills

Painting, flooring, installing cabinets, roofing, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC

Attention to detail and commitment to qualityGreat communication and organizational skillsStrong problem solving and customer service skillsetWorks well independently and within a team environmentA valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass background and drug screening
