HDR invites motivated students in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program to join as Construction Services Intern in Honolulu, HI. The role emphasizes real-world project experience, mentorship from leaders and recent graduates, and applying standard construction management practices under supervision.
You will visit sites to learn the inspection process and gain practical skills while contributing to a collaborative employee-owned culture.
