HDR invites motivated students in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program to join as Construction Services Intern in Honolulu, HI. In the role of Construction Services Intern, we'll count on you to:

• Offer real-world experience on exciting projects
• Connect, collaborate and receive mentorship from recent college graduates and company leaders
• Apply standard construction management practices
• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a construction management professional
• Visit construction sites to learn the inspection process
• Perform other duties as needed

This position is subject to a preemployment drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
• While students may be attending an accredited college or university outside of Hawaiʻi, preference will be given to candidates with strong Hawaiʻi roots and an interest in building their career in the state.
