Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction management, civil/electrical/architectural engineering or related field; 5+ years of leadership in construction services.
• Optionally, professional credentials (PE/RA/CCM) or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel, valid driver's license, and ability to lead multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Construction Services department.
• Lead business development and strengthen client/contractor relationships.
• Oversee department budgets, performance metrics, and project delivery standards.
• Develop staffing plans, career paths, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and risk management across projects and offices.
