Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking an experienced Service Technician to manage daily service and repair activities, traveling to customers' homes as required. You will drive installation revenue through strong installer relations, high quality service, and proactive problem-solving.

Candidates should have 5+ years in construction/remodeling, the ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ of construction/remodeling experience, including plumbing, shower/bath installation.
• Ability to manage a job site with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong feedback and coaching skills to support installers and reduce service calls.
• Clear communication with all levels of customers and employees; dependable and responsive.
• Able to multitask and balance field duties with administrative tasks; proficient with iPad.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service and repair calls; travel to customers' homes as needed.
• Repair shower/bath fixtures, perform carpentry and plumbing tasks, and install components.
• Maintain tools and inventory; assist in building out trucks for installation teams.
• Support home show displays and set up/tear down; assist installation as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Michigan is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team! The Service Technician is responsible for managing daily service and repair activities. The Service Technician drives installation revenue via strong lead installer relations, high quality service/ installation, strong organization, and overcoming service/ installation obstacles.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of our Service Technician:

• Responsible for responding to Service and repairs of Jacuzzi bath products must be comfortable traveling and working in customers homes.
• Strong customer service skills to deal with escalated customers.
• Strong working knowledge of a broad range of construction and remodeling work to include bath/shower installation.
• Service calls of all natures which include; Shower/Bath fixture repair, carpentry, plumbing (cartridges, shower heads, handhelds, flooring repair, acrylic wall repairs, drywall repair, etc.
• Occasional full removal and reinstallation of showers/baths.
• Manage/maintain tools and product inventory.
• Assist in building out new trucks for installation team.
• Help with home show displays, set up and tear down (tear downs are completed on Sunday nights).
• Flexibility and willingness to assist Installation team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements of our Service Technician:

• 5 years + of construction/remodeling experience (progressive plumbing, service and shower/bath installation experience)
• Ability to manage a job site, frequently without assistance.
• Ability to share feedback and help develop installers to be more effective in their roles and help them to have fewer service calls
• Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and customers
• Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness
• Strong team player
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
• Employee will frequently use iPad and cell phone.
