We're looking for a licensed or highly experienced technician in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical systems who also has the flexibility and curiosity to expand their skills into other trades. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with clients and office staff, and thrives in a hands-on, multi-disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate scope changes, job progress, and material needs clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify repair needs in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical systems.
• Perform installations, repairs, and replacements in your licensed or primary trade.
• Adhere to local building codes and company specifications in all work.
• Execute maintenance routines to extend equipment life and efficiency.
• Keep job sites and tools organized, functional, and safe.
• Assist with general construction tasks and cross-trade support as needed.
• Stay committed to safety practices and site regulations at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in at least one licensed trade: plumbing, HVAC, or electrical (residential and commercial).
• Working knowledge of materials, equipment, and tools specific to your primary trade.
• Understanding of trade-specific codes, regulations, and inspection requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-first attitude.
• Ability to problem-solve independently and manage time effectively on job sites.
• Valid license or certification in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical (preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and openness to learning additional trades over time.
• Adaptable to changing tasks and site conditions.
