Our client is a prominent General Contractor performing work solely in the Water and Wastewater Industry. They are seeking a Construction Senior Estimator to join their team in Dallas.

In this role, you’ll analyse plans, prepare cost estimates, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage budgets for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and evaluate bid proposals.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist with budgeting, tender documents, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as an Estimator in construction.
• Proven experience working with Waste Water Plants projects valued from $20M and above.
• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and estimating software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
