Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Construction Security Officer for a full-time shift in Goodyear, AZ. The role focuses on access control, patrols, and maintaining a secure environment for our clients.

You'll monitor premises, enforce site regulations, and communicate effectively with client personnel and visitors. Candidates should demonstrate strong vigilance and excellent customer service skills to ensure safety and order across assigned sites.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Construction Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Goodyear, AZ

Wage: $18.00/HR - 12 Hour Shifts

The Construction Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
