Job summary

Allied Risk Management is seeking Weekend Security Guards for multiple locations in Queens. The role requires a NYS Security Guard License, S-60 Fire Guard License, OSHA 10/30 for construction, and a valid Driver's License or State ID. Duties include guarding premises, reporting incidents, and responding to alarms.

Flexible weekend schedule with health insurance and PTO offered. Experience in security is preferred. Training provided to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Call the police or fire department in case of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Deter/prevent theft and secure designated areas.
• Patrol areas for suspicious activity.
• Respond to alarms.
• Communicate clearly with team and visitors.

• Allied Risk Management is Now Hiring for Weekend Security Guards in Queens.

REQUIRED:

• NYS Security Guard License
• S-60 Fire Guard License
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (for construction)
• Valid Drivers License or ID Card

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

• Report daily activities
• Respond to alarms
• Walking around and standing may be required during vertical and perimeter patrol.
• Good communication skills

Tools required:

• A working phone with the capabilities of downloading apps that are needed for our time and attendance platform.
