Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Scheduling Expeditor to manage field and vendor schedules and support resource planning for the division. The role involves expediting schedules, maintaining templates, and providing real-time field assistance for re-schedules.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in construction, strong communication, and proficiency with Build Pro/Supply Pro; a high school diploma is required, with Associate’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in construction industry preferred.
• Experience as construction manager or similar is a plus.
• Professional attitude to represent the company positively.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and prioritize resource schedules and maintain division schedule templates.
• Provide real-time support to the field for re-schedules.
• Monitor schedules and communicate delays with trade partners.
• Ensure Build Pro/Supply Pro system compliance across the division.
• Assist permits coordinator with Build Pro/Supply Pro documentation.
• Collaborate with the Construction Scheduling Manager on defect tracking and process improvements.
• Conduct field audits to verify scheduling effectiveness and quality.
