The role includes establishing baselines, updating time and cost plans, coordinating with program managers and production, and maintaining reporting tools to support performance management. Ten years of shipyard scheduling experience and 3–5 years of leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or computer science.
• 10 years of shipyard scheduling experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Project scheduling experience using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling group in New Construction Louisiana.
• Establish schedule baselines and monitoring controls.
• Coordinate with department supervisors to determine project status.
• Notify management of schedule and cost impacts.
• Review project status with program managers and operations.
• Develop project task lists with program managers and production.
• Develop detailed task budgets with project managers and production.
• Liaise with other departments and keep time and cost plans updated.
• Provide and maintain reporting tools (MS Project schedules, Access reports).
