Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, or 4 years on large construction projects.
• MS Office product knowledge and work management systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the development of detailed baseline schedules in collaboration with project management and field teams.
• Provide oversight and direction to project teams on schedule development, updates, and recovery strategies.
• Review project schedules for logic, float path, and overall health.
• Generate executive-level schedule reports, presentations, and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Conduct forensic schedule analysis, including time impact analysis and delay claims.
• Facilitate schedule risk assessments during preconstruction and at milestones.
• Develop and maintain scheduling best practices, procedures, and tools across the organization.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Operations, and Executive teams to support pursuit schedules and resource planning.
