Job summary

Lane Construction is seeking a Scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Office. You will interpret plans, collect inputs from field teams, monitor progress, and generate timely reports for stakeholders. A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of scheduling experience are required.

Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid, Primavera, and MS Office is expected. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within Lane

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years scheduling experience.
• Experience with Primavera and MS Office.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid is preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project schedules using Primavera and MS Office.
• Interprets plans and specifications to support schedule development.
• Performs basic quantity take-offs to inform schedule durations.
• Coordinates with project managers, engineers, and field teams.
• Monitors progress and updates schedules to reflect performance.
• Generates and distributes schedule reports.
• Supports forecasting by analyzing trends.
• Participates in project meetings and provides updates.
