Job summary

Raydar, a technology company, is seeking a Construction Scheduler to bring field-tested construction management expertise to a software team building a time-based planning feature in San Francisco. You will influence product and engineering decisions with hands-on GC experience and serve as the internal authority on sequencing and delivery of projects.

The role requires 8–12+ years in construction management, the ability to read plans, and a willingness to work on-site roughly one week per month

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in construction project management, leading from planning through delivery.
• Strong ability to interpret plan sets and technical drawings.
• Experience at a major general contractor or large national firm is preferred.
• Experience overseeing several large, complex builds in the US.
• Residence in the United States and ability to travel/meet on-site monthly.

Responsibilities

• Help shape and build a planning feature that connects 3D models to project timelines, modeled on real sequencing.
• Inform product and engineering choices with practical GC experience.
• Act as the team's expert on construction sequencing and delivery.
• Review plans and drawings daily to ground work in real project documents.
• Partner with engineers on technical and AI aspects; no coding required.
• Meet with colleagues on-site in San Francisco for roughly one week each month.
