Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Project Scheduling professional to support large infrastructure projects. The role involves building and maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, and analyzing schedule risk.

You will collaborate on site with project teams to translate contract scope into schedules and provide routine reporting. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related scheduling experience, with CPM fundamentals and a willingness to work on complex

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business, or 4 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Performs routine scheduling assignments requiring knowledge of basic scheduling principles.
Updates schedules with input from more experienced schedulers.
Maintains and updates progress on basic schedules.
Performs basic schedule reporting.
Performs preliminary schedule analysis to include critical activities, risk areas, key milestones, and schedule trends.
Develops key focus areas for project manager.
Prepares routine reporting from schedules, communicating status.
Analyzes contract documents/construction documents to translate scope of work, milestones, contract time, and/or construction phasing into the schedule.
Assists project team in planning the work, including developing Work-Breakdown Structure (WBS), estimating durations, and sequencing the work (hard restraints and soft restraints).
