Job summary

Dabri, Inc. is a California-based consulting firm supporting the LACCD with construction scheduling and program management. We seek a seasoned Construction Scheduler who will manage complex schedules, conduct time impact analyses, and review change orders across large public infrastructure projects.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in large construction scheduling, a related bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Primavera and MS Office. Travel to multiple project sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling theories/principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of project schedules based on defined project execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for contract conformance and quality assurance.
• Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule.
• Perform time impact analysis of project schedule delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Identify schedule problems and recommend corrective actions and solutions.
• Review contractor’s schedule progress and report findings to management.
