Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to develop and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with preconstruction, project management, and field teams, as well as with subcontractors and owners' representatives.

The role focuses on collecting progress data, updating statuses, performing impact analyses for delays, and ensuring schedules align with project goals. Travel or relocation may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of critical path method of scheduling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed project schedules with input from project teams.
• Collect project progress and update project status.
• Perform impact analysis for potential delays and changes.
• Work with project teams to set goals and analyze project status.
• Analyze schedules to determine duration and logic issues.
• Manage schedules for multiple projects, including larger ones.
• Provide guidance to less experienced scheduling team members.
• Travel and/or relocation may be necessary depending on project needs.
