Job summary

Methuen Construction seeks an experienced Scheduler to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules. You will work with the Director of Scheduling and PM teams to ensure on-time delivery across Northeast projects, onsite in Plaistow, NH, with travel to job sites as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in scheduling, Primavera P6 expertise, and excellent written and verbal communication. A related engineering or construction management degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three+ years’ experience in scheduling or project management.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Engineering, construction management, or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update construction project critical path method schedules.
• Ensure project schedules are complete and accurate.
• Implement cost loading and resource loading on schedules.
• Analyze resource loading and adjust schedules as needed.
• Prepare time impact analyses and schedule reports for project teams.
• Train and support scheduling software usage.
• Travel to project sites to provide scheduling support.
